Stephen King Project

Here’s Stephen King’s bibliography, as found on Wikipedia (there’s also one on stephenking.com, and while that one is more comprehensive, I like the Wikipedia one because it doesn’t list every single short story like the website does; instead, it lists the compilations of short stories, which I plan to read just like everything else):

1. Storm of the Century** – 1999

* More than likely, the version of The Stand I’ve read is the Uncut edition. I’ll have to check when I read it again, but I won’t be posting both because that would be silly.
** Since this is a screenplay, I’ll probably just watch it rather than reading it.
*** The version of The Gunslinger that I’m currently reading is the revised one. Like with The Stand, I’ll only be reading the one version.

  1. I wish I would have known about this challenge much earlier. I love Stephen King. Earlier this year I tried to do a personal mini-challenge by reading Under the Dome. It’s my second time attempting to read that particular book. It’s not a bad read, but it’s soooo thick.

Good luck with your challenge! 🙂

  2. This is the first I’ve heard of your project and I am *so jealous* I didn’t think of it first!! I have read almost ALL of SK’s early works and almost NONE of the later ones. I need to get busy.

  4. I hadn’t read King ever. My dad made me watch his movies as a kid and it freaked me out. Last year I read 11/22/63 and I could not put it down! I am now reading the Dome. I am working my way through them and have suddenly become a fan. The Long walk will be next.
